It has taken monkey a long time to get this far, but today is a very good day. Today Goddess Annika allowed her monkey to make his very first shrine! I was allowed to add one piece today by selecting a photo of the Goddess to print. Of course, the photo I selected had to be approved by Goddess Annika. I am very happy to have it. I am not sure yet what other pieces I will add, but its going to be big and the best one ever!

The last couple months have been very hard on the monkey. I’ve strayed twice from a very strict budget that Goddess Annika had me on. Just this week I was not allowed to have a lunch when Goddess Annika permitted me to go to town and pay my expenses.

I’m very lucky Goddess Annika allows me these expenses, all the rest goes to the Goddess. I’ve been upgraded from the monthly tribute plan, to the weekly tribute plan. It’s much more difficult than I thought it was going to be. Goddess Annika has complete, unrestricted access to my financial information. Goddess Annika has always had control over the money and where it goes, but never this much. Goddess doesn’t even need the monkey anymore.

I have not been told whether or not this is a permanent change, but I dont ask her because I am afraid of what the answer might be.

I don’t imagine it’s going to get any easier any time soon. In 5 days, the month long celebration to the most important day of the year begins! Monkey is already worth nothing with a balance of $-1.39 and I have a really good/bad feeling that that number is going to fall even deeper.

Then after that Christmas is coming! What will I buy the Goddess for christmas? What will I buy the family? What will my budget be? Will I have any money at all??

Some things have changed at my work and now I’m required to work more hours. A happy Goddess is a happy monkey. I wont lie, I dont like it, but a happy Goddess is FAR better than an angry Goddess that makes her monkey eat cat food.
